Feb 09, 2017 VLOG 2- On a MacBook Air 13' 2016 as a back up computer tested over 1hr with Serato DJ.NP-Flawless. My Honest Review of the 13' Apple MacBook Pro - Duration: 11:27. Science Studio 1,655,916. I purchased the 2019 MacBook Pro (13 inch) but I am thinking of returning it as the battery life is simply not good enough for me, and swapping for a MacBook Air 2019 instead. I used to own a 2015 Air and the battery life was incredible in comparison. I also hate the Touch Bar.

Macbook Air 13 Traktor Pro 2 0
I’m going to be upgrading from an iPad to a Macbook and was curious if there were any particular models to go with over any other in regards to performance, durability, etc.? I’m going to be running it with a Traktor S2 Mk2 and Traktor Pro 2.
As long as it’s Core i5 or better (and dual core or better), with at least 4 gigs of RAM you’re fine.
An SSD and 8 gigs of RAM would be a worthy investment as well.
Boot camp windows 10 sound on mac mini 2011. Yes anything past 2010 with an i5 will do. For Traktor I also recommend 8 GB RAM. An SSD is a bonus if you can afford it, get it.
https://heavenlywalker.weebly.com/traktor-pro-3-2017.html. But apart from that all modells work, from the Macbook Air to the Pros. There it all depends how much screen real estate you want. I went with a 15” Pro, as I like my screen to be big and the weight of the 15” is still OK in a Backpack where my controller is the most heavy thing…
I just got my mid 2012 MB Pro. It has an i7 quad core, 16GB and a 256GB SSD. And of course the Retina 15″ screen. It screeches through everything and the display is pleasingly sharp.
You should be fine with performance regardless of the model but avoid the newest ‘Macbook’ or any of the Macbook Airs which only have one USB port. You’ll want at least two USB ports. I got a new Macbook Pro 13″ last year with 512 SSD as I have a lot of music.
I love my 2012 MBP. I upgraded ram and added an ssd from owc. Their upgrade packages are stupid easy. I don’t much care about either retina or large screens which helped keep the price low. I went with the MBP over the air because you can’t upgrade the ram in an air. Sometimes I wish I would have just grabbed an air with 4 gigs of ram but at the time I thought both the hd and the ram were non-upgradable.

Cooking games for girls download free. As someone with a 13inch MacBook I will definitely throw my 2 pence in a say get a 15inch one instead!! I’ve been regretting it ever since, 🙂 Amazing computers though can’t see myself ever not having one now!
Cheers
Scott
If my information is correct, the current models of both MB Pro and Air all come with permanently fixed RAM and SSD memory. I.e. no more user upgrades. Hoping someone can corroborate that news or tell me it’s bogus.
